4mm single layer. High-density felted wool, finished with minimal stitching. Naturally temperature-regulating.

We use a high-performance Merino felt, hardened through intensive wetting and compression to lock the fibers into a dense heat shield. Rather than a thin, molded shape, each hat is expertly tailored from heavy-duty felt sheets to provide a superior thermal barrier for the most intense bench sessions.

4mm thick: dense enough to insulate where the sauna hits hardest, light enough at 5 oz (142 g) to forget you’re wearing it. The felt softens with use. It does not pill, it does not unravel. It simply wears in.

Care

Pot clean with a damp cloth. Reshape while damp. Air dry flat, away from direct heat. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. The wool will naturally resist odor, most sessions need nothing more than air drying between uses.
