By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is the version in effect.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or create an account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly at hello@fornya.co if you suspect unauthorised use.

All orders are offers to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, limited inventory, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Payment is processed by our payment partners, including Shopify Payments. By providing payment details, you authorise us and our processors to charge the order total to your selected payment method.

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The Site and all of its contents — including text, images, photography, graphics, logos, product designs, copy, and the "Fornya" name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Fornya LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

If you post reviews, photos, or other content to the Site or our social channels, or send us suggestions or feedback, you grant Fornya a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with our marketing and Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' use;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to systems connected to it;
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data;
• Resell or commercially redistribute products purchased from us without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fornya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sauna use carries inherent risks; you are responsible for using our products safely and following any included instructions and any guidance from your sauna's manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fornya, its members, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fornya LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection right you may have under the law of your state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent to the email address on your account where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
